Got Questions?
Do I need formal qualifications to become a mentor?
While formal qualifications are valued, compassion and lived experience are central to our values. We emphasize your ability to build genuine relationships. All team members must hold relevant NDIS training, a National Police Check, and a Working with Children Check.
What ongoing training and support do you provide?
Growth is part of our culture. You will receive thorough initial training and regular coaching from experienced Regional Managers to ensure you feel confident and supported.
Are the working hours flexible?
Yes. We prioritize a healthy work-life balance. Our person-centred supports operate 7 days a week, allowing highly flexible working arrangements for mentors and participants.
